The
Arizona Department of Gaming ensures compliance with gaming compacts
and regulate the various aspects of the gaming industry legal in the state. These include the Arizona Lottery, racing, bingo
and Indian casinos. Under the terms of tribal-state compacts, the Department's responsibilities include certification of
individuals and businesses, regulation to ensure gaming operations are conducted in compliance with provisions of the compacts,
and investigation of reported violations.
The Department has offices in Phoenix, Flagstaff and Houston.
The Arizona Racing Commission and the
Arizona Lottery have their own sites. The Department of Revenue puts
out a Bingo newsletter every two or three months. |
