Idaho Racing Commission - Idaho Lottery

The Idaho State Racing Commission is a part of the Idaho state police. Its job is to maintain the integrity of horse racing and simulcasting in Idaho.

The Idaho Lottery Enforcement Division is also responsible for the regulation of charitable gaming (bingo and raffles only) within the state.

Idaho does not regulate the tribal casinos within its borders.
