Louisiana
Gaming Control Board regulates riverboat and land-based casinos,
pari-mutuel racing facilities, video poker, slots at race tracks, and
Indian gaming casinos. It is one of the more broadly focused gaming
agencies in the United States.
Louisiana State Police Gaming Enforcement is responsible for licensing of gaming employees.
The Louisiana Lottery Corporation operates separately.
